Due to the tax regulation, all guests are committed to the city tax surcharge which is not included in the property reservation cost and will be collected by the property upon check-in.

Guests can pick up the keys in the offices located at 236 Rue Saint Martin, in the 3rd district of Paris. A member of the team will gladly provide you with all the necessary information on how to get to your apartment.

Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Apartments are located in the first, second, third, forth, and eighth districts.

Housekeeping services are available at a charge of EUR 34 for one bedroom, and an additional EUR 10 for every extra room.

Additional charges will be applied to electricity consumption at a rate of EUR 5 per stay.

The property requires a refundable security deposit of 500 EUR for all other aparetments upon check-in.

The property requires a refundable security deposit of 300 EUR for studio apartments upon check-in.

A security deposit of EUR 500 will be charged and can be paid either in cash or by credit card. The deposit will be returned upon check-out once the property has been inspected.

The property requires key collection at a different location than the apartment. Please contact the hotel directly after reservation to arrange key collection.

Guests who can not follow the regular check-in procedure can have a company representative complete the process on their behalf for a fee of EUR 89, with the security deposit of EUR 500 payable only in cash.

An additional charge will be applied if the number of guests at check-in is more than the number of persons in the booking.

Reception will be closed at 06:30 PM on the weekdays, and is closed on the weekends. Guests arriving outside of the reception hours are requested to contact the property to arrange for a late check-in.
